Yashapi is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit incorporated for spiritual, educational, and charitable purposes. Its charter includes maintaining both a BIPOC and women majority within its Board of Directors and leadership executive teams.

Yashapi's work is founded on Upliftment, Connection, and Sustainability, and is conducted through its YasVille Assembly ↗, holding brave spaces for transitions, transformations, and breakthroughs. This form of Love-in-Action leads to evolutionary living and healthier cultures that also represent the full spectrum of humanity.
